    Job Description:

    We are seeking a motivated physical therapist committed to excellent patient care, who is actively engaged in evidence-based practice, and will support the clinic's growth and expansion.

    Job Requirements:

    Candidates should meet the following requirements:

    ·      Oregon PT licensed or immediately eligible for Oregon licensure.

    ·      Outpatient orthopedic experience.

    ·      Must be comfortable treating a caseload consisting of post-operative, sports medicine, and spine conditions.

    ·      Exceptional manual therapy skills.

    ·      Experience and enthusiasm working with a diverse patient population and treating a full range of ages and diagnoses.

    ·      Enjoys being part of a progressive therapy practice.

    ·      Has a desire to maintain positive relationships with our medical referral resources and community.

    ·      Have a fun, positive and energetic personality.

    Job Type: Part-time

    Pay: $48.00 - $53.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 20 hours per week

    What You’ll Do

    You are the pulse of our clinic's daily operations. This isn't just an administrative role—it's a critical part of the patient journey where your problem-solving and proactive nature directly improve lives:

    • Create a First-Class Experience: Greet patients warmly, manage the check-in/out process, and maintain a bright, welcoming clinic atmosphere.

    • Optimize the Schedule: Masterfully navigate our EMR/scheduling software. Treat schedule-building like an exciting, rewarding puzzle—contacting patients on waitlists, swiftly filling cancellations, and ensuring therapists have optimal caseloads to maximize community care.

    • Manage Patient Accounts: Confidently process payments, navigate insurance verifications, and assist patients with billing questions.

    • Coordinate Communications: Act as the central communication hub between patients, therapists, and referring physicians.

    • Tech-Savvy: You have strong computer skills, learn new software (e.g., EMR systems) quickly, and respect patient privacy (HIPAA compliance).

    Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.

    • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience working specifically in an outpatient physical therapy setting (required).

    • Industry Knowledge: Proficiency with EMR software (PromptEMR experience is highly preferred, or equivalent systems).

    • Clinical Workflows: Strong familiarity with medical terminology, intake procedures, and health insurance authorizations.
