Description of the Program

Our running specialist will record you running on the treadmill, and will give you constructive feed-back on your running stride and posture. Additionally, our physical therapists will assess the flexibility and strength of your key running and stabilizing muscle groups; let’s do our best to avoid injury during training!

Initial Consultation

One on One consult with your running specialist to identify your goals, your current fitness and how best you can meet those goals with your busy life schedule. This program is tailored to YOU! No cookie cutter approach here!
