Quarterly Performance Incentives

CEU $1000, plus unlimited Medbridge access

Flexible working schedule between the hours of M-Thu 7AM-7PM and Friday reduced hours.

Job Requirements:

Oregon PT licensed or immediately eligible for Oregon licensure.

Excellent outpatient orthopedic experience, plus a willingness to learn.

Must be comfortable treating a caseload consisting of post-operative, sports medicine, and spine conditions.

Exceptional manual therapy skills.

Experience and enthusiasm working with a diverse patient population and treating a full range of ages and diagnoses.

Enjoys being part of a progressive therapy practice.

Has a desire to maintain positive relationships with our medical referral resources and community.

Have a fun, positive and energetic personality.

Lead Director Role Requirements:

3-4 years of clinical experience preferred and an interest in business development and marketing. We are looking for an excellent therapist to help grow and develop our expanding clinic and team.

We are seeking a motivated therapist committed to excellent patient care, who is actively engaged in evidence-based practice. Experienced OT’s and new graduates welcome to apply. Job Requirements:

Must be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapy.

Minimum of one year experience in application of custom splinting pre and post-op is a huge plus.

Responsible for the evaluation, plan of care, treatment, re-evaluation, discharge, and appropriate communications of high-quality hand therapy services to patients and customers.

Develop treatment plans, work with aides, contribute to case management, and provide quality patient care.

Maintain positive level of interaction with patients and contribute to enhance and expand client relations.
